A NOTE FROM THE FARM:
COVID-19, novel coronovirus-19
We have converted our labs to making hand sanitizer with all the 200 proof ethanol we have on hand and are harvesting all of the aloe plants on our farm. We are giving all of this away to those most in need. If anyone knows of first responders, clergy, or social volunteers, food kitchen workers, etc. please let me know at email@example.com we will send what we have for free as soon as we can get it made.
We pray that all of our regular customers and those new to our brand will pay it forward and support small businesses in their communities.
Please let us know if you would like any particular beard balm, beard oil or hair oil and I will make it for you as you need it.
Thank you all so much for your support. Always Faithful. WOODCASTLE FARMS STRONG!
Captain and Mrs. Richard Prosser
We are a Husband and Wife team of Small business owners. I am a retired Captain of Marines, My Lady is a veteran of prestigious hospitality industries such as Orient Express and the Most Luxurious Hospitality Resorts in Charleston, SC, she is my rock the Heart of Woodcastle Farms. Together we are Farmers, Artists, Blacksmith, Jewelers, Chandlers, Jacks of all trades, making dreams big and small happen here on our small Florida farm creating lovingly made curios, curiosities and crafts for fellow dreamers and collectors of items of whimsy.
Our workshops are located in the small town of Babson Park in Central Florida. We make everything by hand and all of our items are made as small batches from recipes developed on our farm and tested on me “The Captain” and made to order. We carefully craft the highest quality; beard balms, waxes, pomades, spray on fragrances and skincare lotions using only 100% natural, organic and sustainable ingredients. We never use man-made chemicals, fragrances, petroleum or man-made preservatives and we always strive to use sustainable packaging and products, through the Reduce, Reuse, Recycle program.
In 1987, when I got my hands on a rusty old billhook, I wondered what this heavy blade was like when new. For years I had it in my collection and it just sat around collecting rust, but while I was in the Marine Corps, I envisioned this blade as something worthy of a warrior.
